With over 25+ years of experience in Graphic Design, within fast-paced environments, Renee combines a profound creative vision with a relentless commitment to productivity and timeliness. She possesses comprehensive skills in design, advertising, marketing, web and print, with deep technical skills in all drawing and image software tools of
the trade.

As Sr. Graphic Designer at L3, she brings creative and innovative ideas and strong organizational and motivational skills to every project. Renee can successfully carry out any project from concept-to-design, completely through all production stages to achieve a high-quality, high-impact finished product.

Prior to L3, Renee was Sr. Graphic Designer with Henry Schein, a global Fortune 500 $12B medical, dental, orthodontics, and veterinary company. She was responsible for the strategy, concept, design, layout, and production of market-facing sales and marketing materials. Her designing skill included a wide range of print and online materials to social media advertisements, corporate brochures, data sheets, direct mail, trade show booth graphics, product packaging, newsletters, print advertising, signage, eblasts and much more.

She had also worked for General Electric for 12 years as their Sr. Graphic Designer, where she managed the Art Department, serving as an integral member of the Enterprise Marketing Team with full responsibility for corporate identity. She was responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines to execute the design, development and production of all marketing materials, sales collateral, advertising campaigns, web campaigns, and trade show event display graphics.

Renee holds her Bachelor of Science degree from Fresno State University in Graphic Design and graduated with Dean’s List Honors, twice.

Renee lives in San Diego, CA with her husband.
